What We Collect
We only collect information you type into a form yourself. There are two:
- Inquiry form. Your name, phone number and city, which are required, plus your email address and message if you choose to add them, along with the list of pieces you added to your inquiry.
- Appointment booking. Your name, phone number, email address, the date and time slot you select, and a note about what you are looking for if you write one.
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party marketing pixels, and we do not use cookies to follow you between websites.
How We Use It
We use what you send us to reply to your inquiry, quote the pieces you asked about, confirm your showroom appointment, and arrange delivery if you order. Our team may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about that specific enquiry. We do not send marketing campaigns to the addresses collected here, and we never sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Where It Is Stored
Submissions are stored in our own database, hosted by Supabase on servers in India, and are readable only by Meraaki Living staff who are signed in to our internal system. Notification emails about your enquiry are delivered through Resend, an email service provider. This website is served by Vercel. Each of these providers processes data only to run the service we use them for.
What Your Browser Stores
Your inquiry list is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device, and clearing your browser data removes it. Nothing in that list reaches us until you submit the inquiry form.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry and appointment records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep proper records of our orders and commissions. When a record is no longer needed for either purpose, we delete it.
Your Rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@meraakiliving.com or call +91 70189 86215 and we will act on your request. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will try to put it right.
Changes to This Policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
