You cannot buy anything or pay for anything on this website. The catalogue shows pieces we make, and the inquiry form lets you tell us which ones interest you. Nothing here is a binding offer to sell. An order exists only once we have agreed the specification and price with you directly and you have confirmed it.
Because every piece is made to order, we quote prices individually rather than publishing them. A quote we give you holds for the period we state when we give it. Prices depend on the size, wood finish, upholstery and carving you choose.
Every piece is cut and carved by hand from natural teak, so grain, colour and carving detail differ from one piece to the next and from the photographs on this website. Screens also render colour differently. This variation is the nature of solid wood furniture rather than a defect, and we are happy to show you the actual piece or timber at our showroom before you commit.
Showroom appointments are free and hold a time slot for you. If you cannot make it, please call us so we can offer the slot to someone else. We may need to reschedule occasionally, and we will contact you on the number you gave us if that happens.
Lead times, payment terms, delivery arrangements and anything else specific to your commission are agreed in writing when you place the order, and those agreed terms govern that order. Because pieces are made to your specification, changes after production has begun may not be possible and may affect the price and timeline. Talk to us as early as you can.
The photographs, text, designs and the Meraaki Living name on this website belong to us. You are welcome to browse, share links and show the pages to your designer or family. Please do not copy our photographs or copy for commercial use without asking us first. Do not misuse the forms, attempt to break into any part of the site, or submit anything unlawful through them.
We keep the catalogue as accurate as we can, but details and availability change, and we may update or withdraw pieces at any time. We cannot promise the website will always be available or free of errors.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mohali, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
